Shell, WY - Day 3 of Work - July 22nd

Today was the midpoint of our trip and we all feel exhausted. After an 8:30 a.m. delivery of concrete to finish off a sidewalk alongside the church, we then pressed forward to complete the hanging of sheetrock inside the multi-purpose room. In addition, we installed the doors and trimmed out the windows outside. Now the siding awaits us.
We plan to get meet up early tomorrow to view some dinosaur tracks when the sun is low in the east. The shadows at that time of day will allow us to see the tracks easier which have been left in the rock formations and had previously been covered by sand. A few dinosaur skeletons have been dug up in this area and sold to museums, but there are no digs going on at this time. After visiting the site, we plan to get a late breakfast and visit a museum in Greybull.
Last night we had a potluck here at the Anderson's (Pastor Becky) with all five of us and our host families. Then tonight we had another church potluck at the community center. We're certainly being fed well and we've really enjoyed getting to know folks in Shell. Believe it or not, there's even a woman (Charlene) in their congregation that rivals our own Pat Moser when it comes to sharing God's joy with others. There are striking similarities.
Please pray for our endurance. Today was in the low 90's and tomorrow is expected to by 95. For the most part, we can manage to work in the shade and there's often a light breeze. But we still find ourselves downing a lot of water at the end of the day.
Peace, - Jeff

Best of luck on the siding installation, and we pray that you all get some more cool breezes.
