Worship at Westminster seeks to fulfill half of Jesus' Great Commandment, when he said to "love the Lord with all your heart, soul, mind, and strength." The Worship Committee is committed to maintaining and enhancing the worship experiences at Westminster Presbyterian Church-planning for and providing Sunday worship and other special worship services throughout the year to allow us to worship our Lord and Savior both individually and as a corporate body.
The committee seeks to build varied and meaningful worship experiences that will allow all worship attendees to perform their acts of worship for the "audience of One." The Worship Committee also oversees several volunteer ministries that support all our weekly Worship Services. These volunteer ministry opportunities include: Hospitality Hosts, Lectors, Worship Assistants, Lay Speakers, Communion Servers, Computer Display Operators, Sound Technicians, and Prayer Partners.
