Gillian has been a Music & Worship director for 16 years and loves bringing a variety of musical styles into worship. Classically trained in vocal performance, she enjoys hosting other musicians for concerts at Westminster whenever possible. She is married to Drew Virgin, our Tech Director. In her free time, she enjoys skiing, running, hiking, paddleboarding, traveling abroad, and attending the opera. She grew up in Michigan and is a lifelong hockey fan. Since she and Drew refuse to root for each other's team (Gillian - the Red Wings, Drew - the Dallas Stars), the Seattle Kraken have created a perfect compromise; they attend games regularly.
